采用电渗析法对制糖工业中的稀汁进行脱钙,并用得到的钙盐废水再生二混蜜脱钾钠树脂,用得到钙型树脂再用于二混蜜脱钾钠,并实现了工艺的循环。研究表明,稀汁经电渗析循环脱钙1h,脱钙率可达99%,稀汁锤度降低,纯度升高。用电渗析稀汁得到的钙盐废水再生树脂较稀汁再生树脂所用时间更短,再生效率更高。废水再生得到的钙型树脂脱用于二混蜜脱钾钠效果要好于稀汁再生的树脂,其对二混蜜中1价离子的总去除量分别为2.052mmol/mL和1.728mmol/mL湿树脂。
This article introduce a new process in sugar industry dealing with the wastewater regeneration. It decalcified Ca^2+ in dilute juice through electrodialysis, and then used the waste water to regenerate the resin which was used in eluting K^+ and Na^+ in second-time molasses and recycling process. This technique achieved the goal that Ca^2+ was removed in diluted juice and eluting K^+ and Na^+ in second-time molasses without any regeneration agents. It turned out that the clearance of Ca^2+ can reach to 99% if Ca^2+ was diluted by electrodialysis for one hour. At the same time, the brix was decreased, the purity was increased. It saved time and had high efficiency of regeneration. The results showed that calcium ion-exchange resin generated by waste water can have better results when used in eluting K^+ and Na^+ in second-time molasses, and its quantity of eluting monovalent ion was 2. 052 mmol and 1. 728 mmol for per wet resin.
