摘要
为切实履行《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》,促进长沙地区国土资源信息公开共享,搭建政府部门与人民群众沟通的桥梁,特提出国土资源门户网站集群的顶层设计。
In order to faithfully fulfill the ＂ Byelaws for Government Information Publishing of the People＇s Republic of China＂ , promote the land and resources information publishing and sharing in Changsha area, and construct a bridge connecting the government departments and the public,this paper proposes the top level design of land and resources web-portal cluster.
