摘要
我国高等学校创业教育存在着目标不明确,层次不清晰,责任不到位,评估无标准等问题。高校辅导员作为高校学生就业工作的直接承担者,肩负着指导学生择业、就业和创业的责任,因此也成为学校开展创业教育能否取得显著成效的一个关键因素。
There are many problems existing in the entrepreneurship education in China, such as unclear goal, indefinite level, and nonstandard assessment. College counselors are the direct undertakers of undergraduate employment, providing the guidance of job seeking, employment and entrepreneurship. Therefore, the construction of college counselors is a critical factor influencing the success of entrepreneurship education.
