摘要
通过对知识背景结构完全不相同的两组译员的科技口译任务进行质量评估,尝试考查知识脚本在科技口译中的重要性,并希望对今后的科技口译培训及学员筛选标准有所裨益。研究证实相关的知识脚本,即与口译任务深切相关的有序知识结构,是优秀科技口译人员的必要条件,可以在一定程度上弥补语言本身的缺陷;与之相反,娴熟的语言并无法弥补知识脚本的缺失,无法达到预期的交流效果。
Through the quality evaluation on the sci-tech interpretation task carried out by two groups of interpreters with different knowledge background structures, an attempt is made to examine the importance of knowledge scripts in the sci-tech interpretation. Hopefully, it is beneficial for the future training of sci-tech interpretation and the selective standards of students. In this study, it is confirmed that relevant knowledge script, namely the orderly knowledge structure deeply related to interpretation task, is the essential condition for excellent sci-tech interpreters, and can make up for the defects of language itself to some degree. On the contrary, fluent language can＇ t compensate for the faults of script, and have no way to reach the communication effect we have expected.
