摘要
"人性假设"是管理者具体管理行为的思想基础。单一的"经济人"或是"社会人"或是"文化人"的人性假设,都不完全符合我国现阶段的社会经济发展状况以及企业的发展水平。从我国的现实状况出发,在企业管理中把员工按照"经济人"来关心,按照"社会人"对待,按照"文化人"来培养,即三位一体"人性假设"是较为理想的人性假设选择。
"Humanity hypothesis" is the ideological basis for the concrete management behavior of the manager. "Humanity hypotheses" with a single "economic man" or "social man" or "cultural man" are not completely in line with the development level of the social - economy and the enterprises in current China. According to our country's real situation, the ideal choice for "humanity hypothesis" should consider the staff in integrated way, in other words, staffs should be cared as the "economic man", treated as the "social man", cultivated as the "cultural man" in the management of enterprises.
