摘要
制备了ＣａＳＢｉ粉末发光材料．用Ｘ射线衍射分析了材料的晶体结构、测量了其激发光谱、发射光谱和直流电致发光光谱．蓝色发光峰位于４５０ｎｍ．
The powder emitting phosphor CaS∶Bi was prepared, whose crystallinity was analysed by X ray diffraction. The excitation, emission and DCEL spectra of CaS∶Bi were measured. The blue emitting peak is at 450nm.
