摘要
首次报告Gd2O3Eu纳米荧光体的晶体结构和相变.由X射线衍射检测结果,Gd2O3Eu纳米荧光体存在体心立方和单斜多型结构.和体材料的相变温度1250℃相比,Gd2O3Eu纳米晶由立方到单斜相变温度升高到1300和1350℃之间.这一结果也从Gd2O3Eu纳米荧光体的荧光光谱变化得到证实.
In this paper, the crystal structures and phase transition on Gd 2O 3∶Eu nanophosphors have investigated for the first time. The crystal structures of Gd 2O 3∶Eu nanophosphors by X ray diffraction show a body cubic and monoclinic. As observed in XRD analysis, the transition temperature from cubic to monoclinic phase in Gd 2O 3∶Eu nanocrystal increased to 1300~1350℃ from 1250℃ for bulk material. The result is also confirmed by the changing of the Eu 3+ emission spectra of Gd 2O 3∶Eu nanophosphors.
