摘要
企业并购是投资银行的一项十分重要的业务,投资银行的并购业务是指投资银行为协助企业进行合并与收购而展开的一系列融资服务活动。本文就我国投资银行在企业并购中的作用、存在问题及对策提出探讨。
The enterprise combination and purchase is a very important business in the investment bank.The Investment bank＇s combination and purchase business is a series of financial servicing activities which the investment bank help enterprise combinate and purchase.The investment bank is the main financial intermediary organization in the capital market.And it is also the important main body in the developed stock market and the mature financial system.This article makes the discussion on the function ,problem and countermeasure in the enterprise＇s combination and purchase of our country＇s investment bank.
