摘要
近年来半导体激光器常被用来作为固体激光器的泵浦光源,本文提出了一种简单有效的双光路光谱扫描技术,它可以实时地使半导体激光器的发射光谱与激活媒质的吸收峰相吻合,以提高泵浦效率.本文还从理论上论证了这种方法的可行性.另外,由于半导体激光器的发射光谱的带宽比较宽,用这种方法测得的激活媒质的吸收曲线的峰宽(δλ)1大于它的实际带宽δλ.(δλ)1。
Recently,laser diode (LD) has been mostly used as a pumping source in solid laser technique.In this work,a confident double beam scanning spectroscopic technique has been proposed,which can make the central wavelength of LD and the absorption peak of active medium coincide completely so as to enhance the pumping efficiency.And we also certify the validity of this technique theoretically.The width (δλ) 1 of the absorption peak measured by our technique is larger than the true width (δλ) of the absorption peak of the active medium.(δλ) 1 and (δλ) along with the bandwidth (dλ) of the emission spectrum of LD satisfy the Pythagorean theorem.
