摘要
变速器是汽车传动系统的重要零部件之一,变速器齿轮又是变速器的关键部分,其品质好坏直接形响着传动的质量,从而影响整车的性能。首先应用三维制图软件SolidWorks对汽车变速器齿轮进行了三维实体造型,然后通过接口传递数据,用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行了弯曲应力和接触应力分析,为变速器齿轮的强度校核提供了有效途径。
Transmission is one of automobile transmission system's important parts. Transmission gear is also transmission system's essential part. Whether its quality is good or not decides the function of transmission system, thus affecting the vehicle's performance. The paper uses the software of SolidWorks to generate the gear model of 3D entity. Through the connection transmission data, it has carried on the bending stress and the contact stress analysis with finite element analysis software ANSYS, has provided the efficient path for the transmission gear's intensity examination.
