摘要
在模架生产中,基于其加工内容多为腔和孔的特点,利用数控机床内置的宏功能开发出相应的宏程序,加工时根据型腔的实际形状和尺寸指定相关参数后,让数控系统来完成后续的运算、判断并控制机床正确运动,最终达到预期的加工要求。
In mold base making, most of its machining contents are cavities and holes. A macro program can be developed by using the built-in macro functions of a CNC machine to cut such cavities and holes automatically. By using the macro program, the CNC system can calculate, judge and control the machining movement expectedly with the parameters specified according to the shapes and dimensions of a cavity.
