摘要
目的:比较CHOP与HyperCVAD方案在早期鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤中的近期疗效,并对预后因素与疗效进行多因素回归分析,了解影响疗效的因素。方法:回顾性分析采用CHOP或HyperCVAD方案治疗的鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤29例,将其分为两组,比较两组化疗后的有效率,并将年龄、LDH、β2-MG、IPI评分、分期、结外侵犯等预后因素与疗效进行分析。结果:CHOP与HyperCVAD两组化疗有效率分别为50%、61.5%,两组无统计学差异(P=0.404);LDH、分期、结外侵犯、IPI四指标与疗效相关(P值分别为0.005、0.022、0.002、0.001),其中IPI评分是独立的影响指标(P=0.008)。结论:HyperCVAD与CHOP的疗效相当,IPI评分可作为影响疗效的独立因素。
Objective：To compare the cruative effect between HyperCVAD and CHOP regimen in nasal type NK/T cell lymphoma.Methods：Clinical data of 29 patients of nasal type NK/T cell lymphoma were analyzed,then analyzed the correlation of the clinical date such as age,LDH,β2-MG,IPI,Ann-Arbor stage,number of extra-lymphatic site with the remission rate.Resuls：The Remission rate in CHOP and HperCVAD group was 50% and 61.5% respectively,the difference was no statistical significance;The level of LDH,IPI,Ann-Arbor stage and number of extra-lymphatic site were correlated with RR respectively,moreover the IPI was the independent index that affect the RR.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of HyperCVAD regimen is as same as CHOP,and we can predict the effect by IPI index.
