摘要
从柠檬的作用机理、使用方法及疗效综述近年来柠檬在防治术后恶心呕吐中的应用进展。柠檬防治术后恶性呕吐的机理不太明确,且动物试验的依据太少,尤其缺乏分子水平的证据。柠檬防治术后恶性呕吐的疗效较确定,但使用方法简陋,且尚未见严格的大规模临床对照实验。
To overview the application of lemon in the prevention and treatment of postoperative nausea and vomiting form its mechanism, using method, and efficacy. The mechanism of lemon was not clear and the animal testing was less, particularly the evidence was lack of molecular level. The efficacy of lemon in the prevention and treatment of postoperative was determined, but the using methods were simple. And there were not rigorous large-scale clinical controlled trials.
