摘要
进行了16个圆CFRP-钢管混凝土的扭转性能试验研究。试验结果表明,对于仅有纵向CFRP的试件,破坏属于纵向CFRP与钢管的黏结破坏;对于有环向CFRP的试件,破坏属于强度破坏。给出有环向CFRP的圆CFRP-钢管混凝土典型的扭矩-转角曲线,该曲线可分为三个阶段:弹性段、增强段和陡降段,最后,该曲线归于相应的圆钢管混凝土的扭矩-转角曲线。对试验结果的分析表明,在受扭极限承载力之前,试件基本符合平截面假定,钢管和CFRP筒可以协同工作。环向CFRP和纵向CFRP对试件的受扭极限承载力均有一定程度的提高。最后,确定了圆CFRP-钢管混凝土受扭极限承载力指标,并给出受扭极限承载力的表达式,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。
Sixteen concrete filled circular CFRP-steel tubular specimens were experimentally investigated to study their torsion behavior. The test results indicated that, for members without circumferential CFRP, failure is dominated by bond failure between the longitudinal CFRP and the steel tube; for members with circumferential CFRP, failure is controlled by strength loss of the materials. A type torque-angle curve for the members with circumferential CFRP was proposed, which can be divided into three stages, i. e. , elasticity stage, softening stage and sharp descending stage, and after the stage the curve is similar to that of corresponding concrete filled circular steel tubes. Analysis of the test results indicates that, before the ultimate torsion capacity is reached, the specimen keeps plane section approximately, and the steel tube and its outer CFRP material co-function both longitudinally and circumferentially. Both circumferential CFRP and longitudinal CFRP can enhance the ultimate torsion capacity of the specimens to some extent. An index of the ultimate torsion capacity was defined, and an expression of the ultimate torsion capacity for concrete filled circular CFRPsteel tubes was presented. The calculation results agree well with the tests.
