磁共振成像评价室壁心肌收缩功能

Evaluation of myocardial contractive function by magnetic resonance imaging

摘要 通过对25例心肌梗塞(MI)患者作磁共振成像,发现MI节段心肌在收缩末期增厚(PSWT)为0.168±0.334,未梗塞处为0.644±0.209,差异显著(P<0.001),合并室壁瘤者,其PSWT仅为0.0125±0.0296,该处室壁心肌收缩功能更差。本结果表明:磁共振成像对测量室壁心肌厚度和评价MI后局部心肌收缩功能较其他方法更为精确。 Myocardial contractive function of vertricular wall was evaluated by rotational imaging sequence of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in 10 volenteers and 25 cases of myocardial infarction(MI). The result showed that the percent of wall thickening at endsystolic phase (PSWT) of MI sects (0. 168±0.034)was significantly lower than non-MI sects (0.644±0.0029) (P<0.001). The PSWT of MI sects with ventricular aneurism was significantly lower than that without ventricular aneurism (P<0.05). The result suggested that MRI is a efficient method on evaluation of myocardial contractive function of LV wall.
