摘要
中国高新技术产业的飞速增长,为整个国民经济和区域经济发展作出了巨大贡献,但其不均衡的发展模式也加剧了东部和中西部之间的差距,R&D经费投入不足削弱了我国高新技术产业的国际竞争力。
The rapid enhancement of China＇ s hi- tech industry have made huge contributions to the development of the whole national economy. But its unbalanced development mode have enlarged the discrepancy between the east and the west in China. The shortage of R＆D investment is shrinking our hi - tech industrial international competition in China.
