摘要
目的观察标准化控制血糖基础上应用黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法120例患者随机分为对照组与干预组,两组各60例。对照组采取控制饮食,注射胰岛素及应用甲钴胺等,干预组在此基础上加用黄芪桂枝五物汤加减。观察治疗前后症状、体征,血液流变学以及神经电生理改善情况。结果干预组在症状体征、血液流变学以及神经电生理等方面与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准化控制血糖基础上应用《金匮》黄芪桂枝五物汤加减能有效降低血黏度,修复神经,改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床症状。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of using Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy based on the standardization of blood sugar control.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into the control group(60 cases)and the intervention group(60 cases).The control group adopt the manipulation of diet,insulin injections and applications methylcobalamin,the intervention group add Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang.To observe the signs and symptoms before and after treatment,the blood rheology and the improvement of neuroelectricity physiology.Results The differences of the signs and symptoms,blood rheology,as well as the neuroelectricity physiology between the control group and the intervention group were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Based on the standardization of the blood sugar control,to use "Jinkui" Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang can effectively reduce blood viscosity,repair nerve,improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
