螺旋浆技术在颅脑磁共振成像中的临床应用价值

摘要 目的探讨应用螺旋浆技术改善颅脑磁共振成像运动伪影的效果。方法选取60例临床受检者和10例不同状态的健康志愿者,用1.5T高场双梯度磁共振扫描仪,对每一层面分别行PROP-T2WI和FSE-T2WI序列轴位扫描。由3位高年资的影像科医师对图像质量进行评价,分析两种序列图像的运动伪影和优质片率状况。结果PROP-T2WI扫描序列比常规FSE-T2WI扫描序列所获得的图像运动伪影减少,优质图像的百分率明显提高,经检验,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。对颅内病变的显示能力,PROP-T2WI优于FSE-T2WI,PROP-T2WI能清晰显示小病灶。结论PROP-T2WI为显著头动患者进行磁共振检查提供一种可能,避免对躁动患者实施药物镇静或进行全身麻醉,具有较高临床实用价值。 Objective To evaluate effects of PROPELLER MRI on brain imaging.Methods We performed axial PROP-T2WI and conventional FSE-T2WI in sixty clinical subjects and ten normal volunteers with 1.5-Tesla GE Signa HD scanner.Imaging were examined by three radiologists for motion artifact and for overall imaging quality.By usingχ^2 test,we analyzed motion artifact and rate of high quality film of the two sequence imagings.Results Motion artifact was less co mmonly seen on PROP-T2WI than conventional FSE-T2WI(P〈0.001).PROP-T2WI was preferred over conventional in all subjects(P〈0.01).Intracranial pathology was better demonstrated with PROP-T2WI.Conclusion PROP-T2WIoffers a novel means of reducing motion artifact and improving imaging quality for head motion.It offer important benefits for brain imaging in all subjects,regardless of motion.
