摘要 七氟烷是一种新型的卤族吸入麻醉药,具有诱导快、苏醒快、麻醉深度易调节、对循环抑制轻、对呼吸道刺激小、有一定的肌松作用等优点。七氟烷诱导无兴奋期,入睡快,易为患者所接受。七氟烷对心血管影响小,具有良好的可控性,无明显不良反应。目前已较广泛应用于临床麻醉,也特别适用于微创医学手术和操作的麻醉。本文就其在微创医学中的应用予以综述。 Sevoflurane is a new type of inhalation anesthetic with many advantages such as rapid induction,quick recovery,fine controllability on depth of anesthesia,gentle depres-sion on circulation,low irritation on airway,muscle relaxation in some degrees and so on.Sevoflurane can lead to anesthesia induction smoothly without exciting time,quick sleep,and is easily accepted by patients.Sevoflurane affects cardiovascular system slightly and is well-controled on anesthesia maintenance without adverse effect.Now sevoflurane has been used widely in clinical anesthesia,especially applied to anesthesia of operation and manipulation of minimally invasive medicine.This article reviewed the application of sevoflurane in minimally invasive medicine.
