摘要
良性前列腺增生的发病率越来越高,其治疗方法多种多样,而最常用、最有效的方法仍然是开放性手术和经尿道切除术。近年来随着腔内技术日趋成熟和各种新技术的广泛应用,经尿道前列腺切除术作为治疗前列腺增生的一种微创治疗方法越来越受到患者的青睐。良性前列腺增生和性功能障碍是影响老年男性生活质量的重要因素,临床资料表明经尿道前列腺切除术治疗前列腺增生的同时往往会对性功能有一定程度的影响。本文就经尿道前列腺切除术治疗前列腺增生对性功能的影响予以综述。
The morbidity of benign prostate hyperplasia（BPH）is still becoming higher and higher.There are many therapy method can be employed.In which,the most safety and convenient？are TURP and open operation.For the patients often be old men with some illness in heart,lung,liver and so on.Usually they can′t bear open operation.Recently because new endoscope-technology still improving,TURP become the most valued BPH operation.Benign prostate hyperplasia and sexual dysfunction play important roles on elderly male patients.Clinical datum showed transurethral prostatectomy for prostate hyperplasia might in some degree impair patients′ sexual function.This article made a review on the impact of transurethral prostatectomy on sexual function.
