摘要
股骨头坏死是常见的髋部疾病之一,是由于不同病因破坏了股骨头血液供应所造成的最终结果。由于其病程长,股骨头塌陷造成的病残较重,严重影响患者的生活质量,越来越引起人们的重视。另一方面,对股骨头坏死的研究进展仍有很多局限性,这主要由于股骨头坏死的绝大部分发病原因和发病机制并不十分清楚。股骨头坏死动物模型的建立对该病的研究有重要意义。本文就近年来国内外动物模型制作的方法进行综述。
Osteonecrosis of the femoral head is a frequent hip disease.It is the result of various of pathogenesis that destroyed the osteonecr of the femoral head.Due to its long course of diseases and serious disability disease caused by Osteonecrosis of femoral head.It has seriously influenced the life quality of patients.On the other hand,the research to Osteonecrosis of the femoral still has much limited.As a result of the pathogenesis and pathogeny of it is still not clear.It has important sense for the research of this disease to establish animal models with osteonecrosis of the femoral head.The article introduced some establishing methods to animal models with osteonecrosis of the femoral head in the latest years.
