摘要
对国内某机床厂某系列数控机床的故障数据从故障危害度方面进行FMECA分析,找出该系列数控机床的薄弱环节以改进设计.最后分析了影响国内数控机床可靠性的主要因素和应采取的主要对策.
In this paper,we first analyzed the failure date of a series of domestic CNC lathes in terms of failure criticality by using FMECA. Then we discovered the weak parts of the series of CNC lathes so as to improve the design. Finally we discussed the primary factors of influencing reliability of domestic CNC machine tools and put forward the main countermeasures.
