摘要
为满足某大型预应力框支转换梁对裂缝控制的严格要求,保证大体积混凝土的施工质量,分别就混凝土硬化期间水化热引起的各类温升及收缩变形、弹性模量和收缩应力等问题进行了理论研究和计算分析,为施工期间的裂缝控制方法提供指导;并进行了施工工程中的温度即时监测,取得了良好的应用效果;最后通过监测结果和理论计算数值的对比分析,提出了相应的参考建议和注意事项.
In order to satisfy the rigorous require of the P.C. transform beam on crack-controlling, to ensure the construction quality of the massive concrete, according to the theoretical research and calculation of the various factors which can supervise the construction, such as temperature rise of the hydration heat during the hardening of the R. C. , shrinkage strain, elastic modulus and shrinkage stress, the temperature inspection of R. C. was done during construction which has better results. Based on the contrastive analysis between the testing data and theoretical result, the advice as reference and consideration was given.
