Research on Microstructure and Processing Parameters of Filler Rod Laser Welding Joint of ZL114A Al Alloy

摘要 对ZL114A铝合金进行了YAG激光填丝焊接实验,研究了激光焊接工艺参数与焊缝成形质量的关系,并利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)等实验方法分析了ZL114A激光填丝焊接接头的显微组织,讨论了焊接熔池的冶金产物。结果表明:ZL114A铝合金激光填丝焊的功率密度阈值比非填丝激光焊略高,当激光的功率密度超过阈值时可以获得成形稳定的焊缝;焊缝主要组成相为α(Al)、共晶Si和Mg2Si。 Laser welding was carried out on the ZL114A A1 alloy sheet with filler rod, the relationship between the laser welding processing parameters and weld forming quality was explicated, and the microstructure of the welding seams were analyzed with optical microscope, SEM, and EDS. The metallurgical products in the welding pool were analyzed. The results show that the power density threshold of the Laser welding ZL114A with filler rod is slightly higher than the non-filling laser welding, when the laser power density exceeds the threshold a stable forming weld seam is available. The main phases of the weld seam are α(Al), eutectic Si and Mg2Si.
