摘要
通过分析国内外对水资源承载力研究的现状,评价了各种研究方法的特点和发展趋势,分析了水资源承载力评价指标体系确立应考虑的各种因素,并在其基础上根据张家口市的水文条件和社会经济发展状况,提出实现水资源合理配置应该从事的评价工作方法.
By analyzing the resecrch status of bearing capacity of water resources at home and abroad, the author evaluates the characteristics of various research methods and developing trend, and analyzes various factors in determining evaluating index system of bearing capality of water resources. Based on this, according to hydrological condition and social economy developing situation, the author proposes the evaluating methods to realize the rational allocation of water resources.
