原发性肝细胞癌患者巨噬细胞移动抑制因子血清表达水平及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨原发性肝癌患者巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)的水平及其临床意义。方法应用ELISA法检测79例原发性肝癌患者、35例慢性乙肝患者和30例健康对照者MIF水平,并对比分析。结果原发性肝细胞癌组、乙型肝炎组和健康对照组血清中MIF水平分别是(42.3±13.6)ng/ml,(20.3±9.2)ng/ml和(18.3±8.5)ng/ml。原发性肝癌组MIF表达水平高于乙型肝炎组和健康对照组(P〈0.01)。MIF的水平与分期、肿瘤大小、是否转移和组织分化程度有关。结论血清MIF可能与原发性肝癌发展相关,其有望成为一个有用的辅助诊断原发性肝细胞癌的生物标志。
