血栓性血小板减少性紫癜16例临床分析
摘要
目的探讨血栓性血小板减少性紫癜（TTP）的，临床特点和治疗方法。方法对确诊的TTP患者的症状，体征，实验室检查特点和治疗反应进行总结性分析。结果14例均表现有微血管病性溶血性贫血、血小板减少、发热等三联征，同时有肾损害、精神神经异常五联征者10例，血浆置换有效率为81．8％。结论TTP为多系统损伤的严重疾病，尽早行血浆置换是治疗成功的关键。
