SINO内固定复位联合椎间植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱

摘要 目的探讨采用SINO内固定复位联合椎间植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱的疗效。方法79例腰椎滑脱患者行腰椎管减压，SINO内固定复位，椎间植骨融合治疗。随访（24．6±4．8）月，观察指标：融合、临床症状缓解及并发症发生情况。结果79例患者中，58例症状完全消失，14例症状基本消失，优良率91．1％，解剖复位率92．4％，3例椎间隙沉降0．9cm，3例SINO内固定松动，1例硬脊膜撕裂，无固定螺钉断裂及再滑脱现象。结论应用SINO内固定复位联合椎间植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱复位满意，融合率高，效果良好。
