摘要
介绍了最小二乘法的基本原理和威布尔分布的数学模型,对服从威布尔分布的故障数据,利用最小二乘法对威布尔分布函数的α,β二参数进行估算,从而确定机电设备可靠性的相关指标;给出了计算机实现的具体算法和详细步骤,从理论到实践建立了可靠性评估模型.
The least square method and Weibull distribution model are presented in this paper.Based on the method,the parameter α,β of the Weibull distribution function are estimated to the data obeying Weibull distribution.Then the other parameters can be computed and the reliability assessment model can be achieved as a result.
