摘要 疏松砂岩稠油油藏在注蒸汽热采过程中,由于蒸汽冷凝水使粘土矿物含量高的地层发生水敏,从而影响了热采效果。研究并利用有机、无机粘土稳定剂复配得到FGW-1耐高温粘土稳定剂,经耐温及稳定性实验表明,FGW-1对岩心有明显的稳定作用,可使岩心由极强水敏变为弱水敏;FGW-1耐温可达300℃以上,满足注蒸汽条件下开采稠油的需要。FGW-1现场应用效果显示:(1)提高了稠油油藏注汽开发效果,延长了注汽生产周期;(2)提高了稠油热采井防砂成功率,延长了防砂有效期;(3)提高了常规井的作业成功率,有效地保护了油层。 During the thermal recovery by steam injection in unconsolidated sandstone reservoir, water sensitivity is resulted from the reaction of condensate water and formation with high clay content. A experimental research on FGW 1 high temperature clay stabilizer has been performed. It shows that this agent has obvious stable ability to a core, and turn a core from strong water sensitivity to weak water sensitivity.Its suitble temperature is over 300℃ and meets the need for heavy oil thermal recovery. Field application of FGW 1 high temperature clay stablizer shows: (1) Improving the effect of heavy oil steam thermal recovery and prolonging productive period ; (2) Improving the sand control successful ratio of thermal wells and prolonging sand control validity period ; (3)Improving the service successful ratio of conventional wells and protecting formation effectively.
