摘要
采用文献资料法、教学实验法随机对沈阳工程学院女子篮球选项课的实验班28人、对照班30人进行身体素质、篮球专项技术以及心理健康的测试,展开16周运动处方实验。结果显示:经过运动处方教学后,实验班学生的体质及身体素质各项指标均有所提高,特别是耐力、肌肉力量和灵敏素质的提高比较显著。实验班篮球专项技术达标测试结果也明显优于对照班,同时运动处方教学对女子篮球选项课学生的心理健康效果显著,其中在改善人际关系、抗焦虑、应对紧张事件等方面有明显的作用。
In this article, analysis of literature and teaching experimentation were adopted to test randomly body diathesis professional basketball techniques and mental health in experimental group and control group respectively with 28 students and 30 students from female basketball optional class in Shenyang engineering college for 16 weeks, by using the method of experiment of exercise prescription. The result indicates that constitution and body diathesis of students from optional group have improved in various aspects especially in endurance intramuscular power and agile ability. The students who can reach the standard in experimental group are obviouly better than the students in control group. Meanwhile there is obvious effect on student's mental health, particularly in improving interpersonal relationship, resistance of anxiety and reply to the emergency in female optional basketball class by exercise prescription teaching.
