摘要
社会保障的根本目的在于保障社会成员的基本生存条件,要更好地实现其目的就应该实现社会保障基金的有效管理。对现行社会保障中社会保障基金的管理状况进行分析,提出一些存在的问题,寻找相应的对策。
The primary purpose of social security lies in safeguarding the basic survival requirements of social members with effective management of social security funds. The present status of management of social security funds was analyzed. Some problems arising from the management of social security funds were pointed out and their solutions proposed.
