摘要
在柱式反应器内,用泽沼红假单胞菌Y6连续处理尼龙66盐生产废水,当进水(CODcr含量)为1140mg/L,经过60h处理后出水中CODcr含量为150mg/L,光合细菌浓度(干重)为5.59g/L,建立了动力学模型,其参数Ks=848mg/L,Y=0.447,Kd=0.0173h-1,μm=0.21h-1,用所得到的动力学参数预测出水质浓度和菌体浓度,其预测值和实测值相对误差小于4%。
The wastewater discharged from the plant of production of Nylon-66 salt in CSTR after polymers in the wastewater have been extracted. Different experimental condition was tested. When the reaction time 60 h, the light intensity 4 000 lx, the temperature of reaction is in the range of 28~30℃, DO 1.0 mg/L, the concentraction of the wastewater before treated S 0 1 140 mg/L, the concentration of discharge from the reactor S f=150 mg/L. The concentration of PSB X is 5.59 g/L(by dry mass). With the data obtained from the experiment, the knetic coefficients of the model was calculated: K s=848 mg/L, Y =0.447, K d=0.017 3 h -1 ,μ m=0.21 h -1 and the model was made. The data simulated with the model are concordant with that of experiment with a relative error being less than 4%.
