摘要
目的研究不同剂量中药黄芪复方提取物对正常小鼠及四氧嘧啶所致高血糖小鼠的降血糖作用。方法采用四氧嘧啶致高血糖小鼠模型,连续灌胃给予中药黄芪复方提取物30d,检测实验前后小鼠血糖变化,然后灌胃给予葡萄糖溶液,测定葡萄糖负荷后不同时间点小鼠的血糖值,并计算血糖曲线下面积;同法考察中药黄芪复方提取物对正常小鼠体质量、血糖值和糖耐量的影响。结果中药黄芪复方提取物对正常小鼠体质量、空腹血糖,以及葡萄糖负荷后各时间点血糖值和血糖曲线下面积均无显著影响;3个剂量组药物对四氧嘧啶致高血糖小鼠的降糖率分别为2.85%,10.76%,12.99%,且可显著降低葡萄糖负荷后的血糖值,减少血糖曲线下面积。结论中药黄芪复方提取物可降低四氧嘧啶所致高血糖小鼠的空腹血糖,且对其糖耐量有调节作用。
Objective To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of the extracts from a Chinese traditional compound formula-huangqi on normal mice and alloxan-induced diabetic mice. Methods The diabetic mice were induced by alloxan in Kunming mice. Then they were administrated with the extracts continuously for 30 days, and the changes of the blood glucose value were observed. Blood glucose was measured at 0, 0.5, 2 hours after oral administration with glucose liquid, and the change of area under the blood glucose curve (AUC) was calculated. The same method was used to evaluate the influence of extracts on body weight, blood glucose value and glucose tolerance in normal mice. Results The extracts had no influence on body weight, blood glucose value and the AUC induced by the glucose loading in normal mice. The descending rates of blood glucose were 2.85% ,10.76% and 12.99% , respectively in the three extracts treated groups of diabetic model. Both the blood glucose value of 0, 0.5, 2 hours and the A UC induced by the glucose loading were decreased as well. Conclusion The extracts from Chinese traditional compound formula-huangqi have the functions of lowering the blood glucose and regulating glucose tolerance on alloxan-caused diabetic mice.
