摘要
在常压氧、110℃反应条件下,考察了不同金属酞菁在苯乙烯液相氧化中的催化作用。单核金属酞菁中,铁酞菁和锰酞菁几乎无催化活性,铜酞菁的诱导期为2.5h;双核金属酞菁的催化氧化活性要比相应的单核金属酞菁的活性高。CoPc、双核MnPc、双核CoMnPc以及双核FeMnPc对产物环氧苯乙烷具有较高的选择性,产物环氧苯乙烷与苯甲醛的摩尔比分别为1.7,1.7,1.7,2.1。
The catalytic behavior of some metal phthalocyanine for the catalytic oxidation of styrene under normal pressure of oxygen at 110℃ was investigated. Among the single core metal phthalocyanines, iron and manganese phthalocyanines showed no activity, and copper phthalocyanine had a long inducting period. Meanwhile, the double core metal phthalocyanines exhibited higher catalytic activity than that of the single core phthalocyanines. The experimental results showed that single core cobalt, double core cobalt with manganese, and double core iron with manganese phthalocyanine all had high selectivity to styrene oxide.
