摘要
目的分析老年人血脂水平的变化和达标情况。方法将713例年龄75-95岁的男性老年人按冠心病、糖尿病、高血压病及对照组分为4组,分析其近4年来总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（nHDL-C）水平及达标率。结果（1）2008年各项血脂指标较2005年均有明显改善。（2）冠心病组的TC、LDL-C及nHDL-C较其他各组下降更为明显。（3）血脂达标率从低到高依次为冠心病亚组（合并糖尿病）、糖尿病组、冠心病组、高血压组和对照组,各组之间有明显差异。结论（1）2008年血脂水平较2005年有明显降低,说明人们对调脂治疗的认识有了明显提高。（2）冠心病组的各项指标下降幅度最大,这可能与冠心病组坚持长期服用他汀类药物有关。
Objective To analyze the changes of blood lipid level and the therapeutic success rate among elderly people.Methods 713 individuals aged 75-95 years old were divided into 4 groups as coronary artery disease,diabetes mellitus,hypertension and normal group.The blood lipid level and its therapeutic success rate of total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein-cholesterol（HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-C）,as well as non-high density lipoprotein-cholesterol（nHDL-C） were analyzed.Results 1.The changes of various blood lipid indices were improved in 2008 compared to those in 2005.2.The levels of TC,LDL-C and nHDL-C in coronary artery disease group were obviously lower than those of other groups.3.The order of therapeutic success rate of blood lipid level from low to high were coronary artery diseaseⅡ（with diabetes mellitus）,diabetes mellitus,coronary artery disease,hypertension and normal groups.The difference between each group was significant.Conclusion Blood lipid level of the elderly in 2008 is obviously lower than that in 2005.It indicates that the blood lipid adjustment has been successfully recognized.The descending of various blood lipid indices in coronary artery disease group might be caused by the long-term taking of statins.
