摘要
从影响因素入手,提出景德镇陶瓷企业孵化器的目标体系构想、建设模式与建设方案,并通过对政策、法制、产业、金融等四个方面的环境以及选择、管理、创新等三方面的运行机制与策略进行系统分析,提出了构建景德镇陶瓷企业孵化器的对策和建议。
Starting with influencing factors, this article puts forward the conception of target system, construction mode and construction plan of the incubators of Jingdezhen ceramic industry. Furthermore, this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions on constructing the incubators of Jingdezhen ceramic industry by systematically analyzing the environment of policy, legal system, industry and finance, as well as analyzing the operating mechanism and strategies of aspects such as choice, management and innovation.
