摘要
通过对高温炉管损伤发展过程和影响损伤进展因素的分析,针对寿命预测中经常遇到的问题:持久实验方法的选择;Larson-miler外推法中辅助变量的确定;外推结果的修正;温度或载荷周期性波动情况下外推应力的处理和断裂力学方法中裂纹扩展支配参数的选取等给出了解决方法。在此基础上得出高温炉管寿命预测的基本原则是:确定导致炉管损伤的主要原因,再根据炉管的损伤状态,选择相应的预测方法;在对预测结果进行修正时要兼顾其它因素的影响,仅考虑一种因素的预测结果不能作为最后结论;最终得到的使用寿命中应包含一定的安全余度,以适应炉管工作条件的变化。
In allusion to a number of problems to be fallen across in life prediction of high temperature tubes: choosing the durable experiment way, ascertaining auxiliary variables, correcting the result of Larson-Miller extrapolation, disposing the extrapolating stress on condition that a load or temperature fluctuates periodically, selecting the parameter controlling cracks spread, the corresponding solutions are supplied. Several concrete proposals are given too. Some fundamental rules of life prediction which were acquired on the base of work above are that according to damage states of tubes, to select the reciprocal prediction way after making sure of the primary reason leading to damage; to correct a prediction result with considering influence of other factors. The conclusion only thinking over single factor isn′t ultimate result; to adapt change of tube operation condition, the last prediction result should contain certain safety room.
