黑度-透照厚度曲线及其在射线探伤中的应用

摘要 提出了在射线探伤中一种黑度-透照厚度曲线,论述了该曲线的制作原理和方法。列举了该曲线在射线探伤中应用实例。应用该曲线能够方便地选择透照条件和事先确定底片能达到的黑度范围,同时通过测量底片黑度,可以简便地计算缺陷深度,避免了现场探伤中焦距变化带来的麻烦和黑度范围不易保证的缺点。尤其对“针孔”及某些未焊透缺陷的质量分级提供了可靠依据,避免了主观盲目性。 D-T curve in detection of X rays are presented, making principle and methods are discussed、Some applied examples of the curve in detection of deffects of X rays are enumerated. Use the curve can select the transmission condition conveniently and take the darkness range of negative plate being reached. According to measuring the thickness of the negative plate deepness of the defects can be calculated easily, complex by changing focal length in detection of defects and disavantage that the darkness range is hard to keep are avoided, reliadility of quality analysis for weld defects and pinhole are given、and blindness is avoided.
