摘要
研究了采用氧化吸收方法处理含硫化氢气体回收硫磺,同时利用电解再生反应制取氢气的新型电解工艺。用陶瓷隔膜代替离子交换膜,提高了隔膜的使用寿命;提出了控制电解程度的一体式电解槽结构,实验研究了不同条件下阴极和阳极的电流效率,并对实验结果进行了分析,为工业化设计提供了依据。
A new method removing H 2S by oxidized absorbtion to elemental sulfur and producing H 2 by electrolysed regenerating Fe 3+ was studied. In order to prolong the action cycle of membrane the ion-exchange membrane is replaced by ceramic membrane, and the electricity efficiency of anode and cathode are studied. One-united structure of electrolyze cell has been proposed, the efficiency of the cell are studied also.
