摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)家系糖耐量正常的一级亲属(一级亲属)血清脂肪细胞因子中抵抗素、瘦素、脂联素表达水平的变化。方法收集广西壮族T2DM家系45个,在排除DM和糖耐量损害的前提下,选择一级亲属为观察组(83例),先证者的配偶或其同胞的配偶为健康对照组(76例),检测所有受试者的空腹血糖(FPG)、胰岛素(FIns)、胰岛素原(FPI)、血脂、抵抗素、瘦素、脂联素等。结果一级亲属组的抵抗素、瘦素、三酰甘油(TG)、FPI、FIns水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),脂联素、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论T2DM家系一级亲属存在高抵抗素、高瘦素血症,低脂联素血症。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum adipocytokines including resistin,leptin and adiponectin levels in the first-degree relatives of type 2 diabetic. Methods 45 type 2 diabetic families in Guangxi Zhuang were recruited. The observation group including 83 first-degree relatives who was normal glucose tolerance （NGT）. The normal control group including 76 NGT spouses of probands or siblings. The levels of fasting blood glucose, insulin, proinsulin,lipid,resistin,leptin and adiponectin in all subjects were measured. Results The levels of resistin, leptin, TG, fasting insulin （ Fins）, and fasting proinsulin （FPI） in first-degree relatives were significantly higher （ P 〈 O. 05 or P 〈 0. O1 ） and the adiponectin, HDL level in these population was significantly lower （P 〈 0.05 ） than those in normal control. Conclusion Hyperresistinmia, hyperleptinemia, hypoadiponectinemia appear before the development of diabetes in first-degree relatives.
