摘要
扼要介绍了ISO标准参比条件及其重要意义，标准参比条件之间的换算因子和换算方程，并指出采用国际通用的标准参比条件是大势所趋，势在必行。
This paper introduces briefly ISO standard reference conditions, conversion factors and euqations for them and points out that it is the general trend to use international standard reference conditions.
