摘要
本文应用静态循环装置对硅酸铝担载的Ni催化剂上丙烯齐聚反应的诱导期变化规律及影响因素进行了比较系统的考察,并借助EPR技术考察了反应诱导期的本质。发现Ni2+在一定条件下还原为Ni+,以及Ni+与吸附态丙烯配位的过程是造成反应诱导期的本质因素。
An induction period is found in propylene oligomerization over silica-alumina supported nickel catalys (Ni-SA).The affecting factors and the nature of the induction period were invesitgated by means of static recirculatiobn apparatus and EPR spectra, Results show that the appearance of induction period is due to the reduction of bivalent Ni2+ ions to univalent Ni+ ions and an[Ni(C3H6)x]+ form by the interaction of Ni+ ions with propylene molecules.
