摘要
鉴于我国绿色农业生产经营规模小、产业结构不合理、技术标准体系和法律法规不健全、政府扶持力度小、资金投入不足等问题,提出了宣传引导绿色消费意识、加强生产过程中的全程化技术标准和管理体系建设、提高绿色农业的科学研究和管理水平、打造边远山区及丘陵地区原生态绿色农业基地建设等措施。
Analysis is made of restricting factors in the development of green agriculture in China, including its small scale,unreasonable industrial structure,uncompleted technical standard system and legal regulations,weak gov ernment support and insufficient fund investment. Then countermeasures are worked out, such as guiding the con sciousness of consuming green food, strengthening green agricultural technical standard and establishing management system, improving level of research and management in green agriculture ,and constructing green product bases in re mote ,mountainous and hilly areas.
