摘要
换热网络的优化设计一直是化工系统工程最活跃的研究领域。本文阐述了夹点技术工程设计的基本原理、工程要求与热力学分析方法，并对某炼油厂蒸馏车间换热网络进行优化设计，对该优化设计的理论经济评价结果表明换热网络的热回收率得到显著提高，达到较好的节能效果。
The optimal design of the Heat Exchanger Network(HEN) is the most active field in the chemical systematic Engineering. In our article discuss the pringcpiles of the Pinch design, the engineering requirements and the methods of thermodynamic analysis. The actual results in a pinch design of HEN, which belong to a distillation shop, show that the coefficient of heat recovery is increased greatly.
