摘要
粉碎机的锤片是粉碎机的易损部件,我国每年因锤片的磨损而消耗的优质钢材在10万t以上。为此,利用金属材料不同硬度条件下耐磨性及磨损程度的不同,采用固体渗碳的方法实现粉碎机锤片不同部位的不同硬度分布,使粉碎机锤片在工作的过程中不同硬度部位磨损程度不同,从而实现自磨刃效果。
The grinder's hammer is one rapid wear part. Therefore, above 100,000 tons of high quality steel is consumed every year in our country. In view of the different wearing resistance and wearing degrees of metallic material under different hardness conditions, the solid carburizing method was used for the hammer, to realize different parts with different hardness. So that the different parts with different attrition of the hammer were worn down differently during the grinder' s working process. And the autogenously grinding can be achieved for the hammer.
