摘要
针对机采棉含杂率比较高这一现状,提出了一种棉花和杂质相分离的软摘锭采棉机六辊清杂装置的机械设计方案,包含了主要零部件的设计、组成及工作原理。该装置采用刺钉滚筒和锯齿滚筒相结合的分离方法,可以有效底除去棉花中的大杂物(铃壳、棉杆、青桃等)和小杂物(碎棉叶、不孕籽等),防止棉纤维破损,提高棉花的质量。
According to the present cotton picker pick cotton have great impurity rate,So,This text proposes one innovative design method about a cotton and the separation of impurities in soft spindles cotton picker of six cylinders.Including mainly parts design,compose and the working principle.This device used spiked rollers and saw-type rollers combination of separation,it would effectively separate impurities,preventing the breakage of cotton fiber,improving the quality of cotton.
