摘要
在构建食品安全体系的架构中,可追溯性是一个重要的部分。为了让消费者在购买肉食品后可以追溯到肉的生产全过程,保证肉食品的质量安全,通过构建网络体系架构和运用RFID(无线射频电子识别)技术,实现了基于.NET框架下的肉用猪质量安全可追溯系统。
