摘要
通过对莆田市体育人口与非体育人口的调查分析表明:体育人口比例低,年龄结构成"L"型,与文化程度成正比,体育人口与非体育人口的闲暇活动和增进健康方式选择上存在差异。准体育人口存在锻炼的强度、次数、时间等不足,参与项目、形式、动机与体育人口无显著差异。影响非体育人口参与体育活动的因素主要是缺乏余暇、工作负担重和没兴趣等。
A survey and analysis show that the sports-involved population is less than the non-sportsinvolved. The age structure of the sports-involved population which is proportional to their education is the L-shape. There is a difference in their entertainments and ways of keeping fit. The would-hesports-involved population do not have adequate time to do vigorous exercise though they share almost the same interest in taking part sports as the sports-involved population. Factors that have negative influence on their enthusiasm to take part in sports mainly include the lack of spare time and interest, heavy workload and so on.
