摘要
以18个甜玉米品种为材料研究了对铝胁迫反应的差异性。结果表明:在铝胁迫下,不同甜玉米品种根的相对伸长率下降,根尖铝含量增加,株高、茎粗及生物量下降,不同品种间差异显著。耐性品种保持较高根的相对伸长率、相对株高、相对茎粗及相对生物量,根尖铝含量较少。而敏感品种则相反。
This paper studies the influence of aluminum (Al) stress on the morphology of different super-sweet corn varieties. The result shows that, under Al stress, there is a significant genotypic difference among various corns in the decrease of the relative root elongation rate, the increase of Al concentration in the root tip and the inhibition of the plant height, the stem diameter and the average biomass. The tolerant corns, however, remain a relatively high root elongation rate, plant height, stem diameter, average biomass and a low Al content in root tip while the sensitive ones have a high Al concentration.
